Work

Systems.

Built a category-defining business. Three of us run it like a team of twenty. Here are some of the systems behind it.

System

AI software delivery

Ship production software with AI agents, and an independent check on every release.

4.5× shipping velocity in 6 months. An independent AI audit can block any release.

In use

System

AI output verification

Find out whether what the AI produced is true, before anyone relies on it.

One pass over 190 records caught 19 the automated filter had passed as clean.

In use

System

Research synthesis

Turn a mountain of messy documents into partner-grade work product, fast, with every claim traceable to source.

200+ documents into a case package a senior IP litigator called the best he’d seen in nearly 40 years.

In use

System

Document generation engine

Structured inputs in, a finished client-ready document out, with a person checking it before it ships.

Live in production, customers receive and pay for the briefs it generates.

In use

System

Customer ops engine

Every message grounded in product truth and house voice, whether a human or the AI writes it.

Response times cut by 90%+ across the product line.

In use

System

Company brain

One source of truth our team and our AI both read and write.

3 of us run like 20. It’s what we run on.

In use

System

Pricing management engine

One control layer for pricing, promos, and offers, where a change propagates everywhere in hours.

Reprice the whole business in hours, not engineering sprints.

In use

System

AI authority engine

Become the source AI assistants name, then turn that into customers.

ChatGPT, Claude, and Google cite us by name, and send paying customers.

In use

System

IP protection engine

Monitor the web for misuse of our work, preserve the evidence, and hold the standing to act.

Catches commercial reuse of our research, from solo resellers to industry heavyweights, with the standing to act.

In use

System

Six revenue lines

Six ways to earn, each built from zero, each feeding the next.

Six revenue lines taken from zero to one. $60K+ in partner revenue per transaction.

In use

System

Original research engine

A recurring engine that turns our proprietary data into the research the whole industry cites.

2026 report data cited across hundreds of sites, unprompted and unpaid.

In use

System

Partner network engine

Source, vet, certify, bill, and manage an entire partner channel from one system.

Certified operators paying yearly, wearing the badge on their own sites.

In use

System

Regulated products on blockchain

Founder-led design and delivery of regulated products on blockchain, with a team across 3 continents.

A $150K Algorand Foundation grant, every milestone shipped early and beyond scope.

In use

System

Engineering as distribution

Small, embeddable web apps that turn domain knowledge into useful tools, distribution and research.

Live tools with 20,000+ users, feeding the research that gets cited.

In use

System

Operating tracker

One view of projects, the CRM, tasks, wins, learnings, and signals, fed by the brain and synced to the tools we already use.

Tasks, wins, signals, and learnings that compound, each tracked to the action it triggers.

In use

System

Market intelligence screening

A self-sharpening pipeline that turns a firehose of noise on any subject into the few signals worth acting on.

Live on our own intelligence stream. Every correction sharpens every future run.

In use

System

Proprietary data engine

Turns our own customer interactions into a behavioral dataset no competitor can buy or replicate.

A decade of customer data. Research spanning 6,200+ co-buyers and co-owners, plus thousands of co-buying groups on our platforms.

In use

System

Talent-sourcing funnel

Structured outbound plus AI screening that surfaces and qualifies the senior talent we need, fast.

180+ applicants in under a week, 80%+ qualified on paper.

In use

System

Traffic intelligence layer

Pulls search, AI-referrer, and crawl data into one place so we can read our traffic instead of guessing across 5 tools.

Tracks 3,000+ AI citations a quarter, with search and crawl health, in one layer.

In use

System

Content engine

Can turn one idea into posts for 10 channels, schedule them, and check the output against search and social analytics.

Can publish across 10 platforms from one idea, with output checked against search analytics.

System

Customer and product intelligence

A reasoning layer over our scattered product and customer data, so cross-cutting questions get answers instead of a manual reconciliation.

Live across CoBuy Wizard™ and Co-ownerOS™, app state feeding ops without manual upkeep.

In use

System

Citation finder

Sends a swarm of AI agents across the web and social to find everywhere our brand and research are cited, verified and kept in a record we own.

Replaces a media-monitoring subscription with a sweep we own and re-run.

In use

System

Purpose-built CRM

Purpose-built CRMs for customers, partners, and stakeholders that we own outright and our AI can read directly.

3,000+ agent records, researched and verified.

In use

System

Brand governance

One machine-readable rule set for voice, trademark, color, and type, so every human or AI session ships on-brand by default.

This site, CoBuy Wizard™, Co-ownerOS™, and cobuy.io, generated on-brand across humans and AI.

In use

System

Skill factory

Turns a repeated workflow into a deployable AI skill, so the AI starts every session with the proven instructions instead of us re-explaining them.

Skills, processes and methodologies running across every AI tool we use, from content and ops to analytics and data sync.

In use

System

Course engine

One pipeline that generates, adapts, and maintains monetizable course and credential content without an ed-tech team.
